Wayne Nicholas is the founder of Network Equity and Director of FNC Projects, bringing extensive experience in community services, regional operations, project development and stakeholder engagement

His work has a strong focus on remote and underserved communities, particularly where geography, infrastructure and service limitations create barriers to participation and essential services

Through Network Equity, Wayne leads program development, partnerships and implementation strategy—connecting technology capability with practical applications across health, education, emergency response, community services and economic participation

His approach is grounded in a simple principle: connectivity has value when it enables something useful to happen at the other end

Pat Brady

International Business & Partnerships

Pat Brady brings extensive international business experience to Network Equity, with a focus on developing relationships, identifying opportunities and building the partnerships required to move projects from concept to implementation

His role centres on international engagement, commercial development and strategic partnerships — connecting Network Equity with businesses, technology providers, government stakeholders and in-country organisations capable of supporting sustainable connectivity initiatives

Pat brings a pragmatic commercial perspective to projects, helping ensure that strong social objectives are supported by workable business relationships, appropriate delivery partners and realistic pathways to implementation

Within Network Equity, Pat works alongside Wayne Nicholas to develop opportunities across international markets, particularly where improved connectivity can strengthen health, education, emergency response, community services and economic participation
